Fact: If it wasn't for Israel, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre would have been ransacked and converted into a mosque. Ironically, this is the reason why they are hating on Israel... Because only Israel, not Christians, can and are willing to defend Christian holy sites.

Israel bombed an ambulance centre in Lebanon. In less a month, Israel deliberately targeted ~135 medical facilities and ambulances, killing 53 healthcare workers and injuring ~120. This is a war crime under the Rome Statute, and International Criminal Court remains silent.

@TheSnoozeDoctor @wesstreeting Similar cases on a daily basis. The NHS has to stop all non-urgent surgery until it sorts out the acute care crisis. People will have to pay privately as they refuse to pay the taxes needed.

9 hours to see a doctor, 30 hours on a corridor. Acutely confused, dysphagia, elevated WCC. Triaged by a nurse and initially offered oral paracetamol 🤷 Later required MRI, but not available at the weekend. Patient died aged 66! Hey @wesstreeting, much better under your watch!!
