@Wario64 That is a very good month, wow.
Octopath II is a really great JRPG, loved it more than the first one.
Riftbreaker is a tower defense / RTS sort of, it’s co-op now and really fun.
Citizen Sleeper 2 might be one of my most favorite visual novel-like games of all time.

@Limealicious You totally get me. Dualsense grips just dig into my palms, long Saros sessions where there's a lot of dual-analog movement is kinda gnarly.
I'll look into the Razer! I love love controllers, comfort does so much for me, so thanks for the insight bud
English

I looooved the DS4! The 5 is okay but the added weight/bulk makes it just a little uncomfortable over long periods. I love the Switch 2 Pro controller but it's annoying using it on PC; it works, but some games warn that it can cause delay because of the layer of Steam stuff to make it work.
My absolute favourite controller atm is the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8k PC. The 8K PC ver specifically is very light, which is awesome!
English

@Limealicious I also prefer asymmetrical sticks, but I was cool with the Dualshock 4. Dualsense grips are real wide, but I love the triggers on it. Xbox has my favorite layout, but I don't have big American hands.
The puck is the big thing keeping the Steam Controller on my desk atm! Love it.
English

@Limealicious My stupid small hands have battled between the Dualsense, Switch, Xbox, 8BitDo, FlyDigi -- I just wanna combine all of them into one perfect controller.
Steam Controller definitely is comfy to hold/grip, but actively playing and I also have the thumb stretch problem.

@gifv_Kayla Currently an exploit where people are glitching into the Compiler loot room and waiting to jump the team that does it legitimately.
That streamer that keeps getting away with exploits is doing it this weekend, and is showing everyone how to do it. Hold off for now!
English

Would love for Bungie to give Season 2 an actual date rn other than June, wanna know how many weekends of Cryo are left before the season ends to try Compiler

@OtakuNokt @minutinnit @glorpinity I appreciate how level headed you’re being about it, despite someone trying to get you upset
It’s perfectly fine to not like the game. There is no hour count qualifier needed to enjoy it. There’s very cool things in it, but there’s a lot of making your own fun. Not for everyone
English

@minutinnit @glorpinity I’m about 20 hours in right now, I keep launching it to give it a chance and can only manage an hour before I lose interest in it. I want to like the game, I just don’t

genuine non ragebait answer:

ˢʰʸ@QuiteShallow
Genuine non ragebait question, can someone give me legitimate examples of amazing games being unfairly defamed by influences and failing to sell, and opposite, absolutely awful games being praised by biased content creators and massively succeeding?

@YUNGWiZVRD @Wario64 Yakuza 0 and Prey are the standouts that I can remember, plenty more though that I’m not remembering off the top!

@Geezaws2 Marathon has a ton of issues. For normal people, it is easy to take a break after a streak of bad runs, and come back a few days later. It’s frustrating, I get it.
Unfortunately, some people spiral themselves into burnout and lash out. They become a bigger problem than the game.
English

@Geezaws2 I hope he finds peace someday, genuinely.
Between The Finals and Marathon, he finds a way to talk about his financial situation and how playing these games doesn’t make him money, and makes him unhappy.
It stops being the game’s fault after the 3rd or 4th breakup.
English

So you know there are cheaters and it’s high ELO and you walk into hauler loud as shit with no tactical formation ? come on man there’s absolute bullshit in this game but you didn’t even attempt to engage this appropriately for as high elo as it probably was

@PlayHighguard Highguard community management has been stellar -- unsurprising given their history in other places.
Rooting for you guys, I really love what's here in the game as a foundation.
English

@Limealicious @djchrisv I really loved seeing more of the contextual takedown stuff come into fuller form in RE9. Some of my favorite things from the teams at Capcom come from environmental interactions like MonHun / Dead Rising. Makes the moment-to-moment so much more engaging.
English

@djchrisv The contextual takedowns are really quite cool. If you stagger a zombie near a barrier or some furniture the takedown smashes the head into it, or if a zombie is staggered while carrying a weapon (ex, a sledgehammer) you'll grab the weapon and do a unique animation with it.

@EvanAlmightyFGC I get a lot of ads on YouTube, and a few banner ads on Twitch. Decent amount for me, maybe it’s an algo thing.

@COMBOBREAKER Tiny text at the bottom says it all for me. See you there.
