Dear Big Green Services： I am writing to formally request the immediate cessation of monthly donations charged to my credit card. I attempted to find a method to stop these recurring payments through your website （ my bank told me so) but was unsuccessful. While I understand that I may have overlooked the relevant information, the inability to easily manage my donations online caused me considerable discomfort. Due to this difficulty and my discomfort, I have already cancelled the credit card previously used for these donations. I am explicitly informing you of this situation to prevent any potential legal issues or further unauthorized charges. Please confirm in writing that my monthly donations have been stopped and that no further charges will be attempted. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
