i can create loops and melodies all day if I really wanted to but I just feel so empty and numb making them. They don’t resonate with me and I feel no real obligation to turn them into songs. The ones that I do resonate with end up staying as a wip for months. ts sucks

I'll be nice and say I think Cheekface write decent choruses. The comparisons to They Might Be Giants or Devo or Ween are baseless, because those are all Song Bands not Guy Rambling bands. Doesn't matter how wacky they are.
