Cork has a serious lack of good sandwich options, there's nowhere for good Banh Mi, Philly cheesesteak, Italian deli sub, Jambon Beurre or meatball sub. There's a big element of people not interested in opening a restaurant if you can't copy it from Tiktok. It's a shame.
