@MehreenFaruqi so why dont you, help us stop a $7.5M Wilcannia NSW arts center led by a man jailed in 1977 for killing a local Aboriginal woman, 3 months pregnant & in front of their kids? The 'on the ground' family leaders want a supermarket to supply them with affordable food.

Any suggestion to the contrary whether it is Sharia law or Aboriginal lore(s) must be strongly rejected because the fundamental tenet is that we are all equal before the law!

@Josieamycashman @oz_f @MehreenFaruqi Cook didn't even settle on Australia. He was dead by the time of the First Fleet - so it was hardly an invasion by him. Abel Tasman also had a look about as well - no-one condemns him as an invader.
