He made it clear from the jump: "In the abstract, technology in and of itself is not a solution to humanity’s problems, just as it is NOT inherently evil. In practice, however, technology is never neutral, because it takes on the characteristics of those who devise, finance..."

I don’t understand how people are reading Magnifica Humanitas and concluding Leo XIV is against AI. It’s as if he said that sex is so profound it requires appropriate set and setting, and everyone concluded the pope is anti-sex, which… nevermind, I think I get it now.

Even as a Protestant, I can't lie there's something impressive about a centralized institution that can produce a high-level response to emerging issues like AI and put it in front of the global Church and the world.

I would like you to be consistent. You can not post on your status that men should get out this week and use endearments for me next week. You are an adult female.

This client has been with us for years. Global portfolio. We popped champagne when we landed them. Now they're moving to another agency — as clients sometimes do. Does that mean landing a global client was never an achievement? Live on the right hill, Deisine

One hill I am willing to dïe on is that marriage is not an achievement. A degree is an achievement because no one can take it from you easily but in marriage, your “achievement” is determined by another person’s decision to stay 💀

This changes nothing, really. The question will always be whether Christianity, as a moral framework grounded in the gospel, is sufficient in principle to confront injustice, oppression, and corruption. The existence of hypocrisy among professed believers does not weaken the sufficiency of the standard itself. It only shows inconsistency in application. The question is not whether everyone walks in Christian ethos daily, but whether Christ presents a reliable framework that has no need of supplementation from external ideologies like feminism. If Christians are not walking worthy of their calling, it behoves on the church to address this. This should be the focus. There is no advocacy that can transform sinful desires save for the proclamation of the gospel. And this what the world needs as well.
doulos.@__ajala

Christianity will be enough in a world where every individual walks in Christian ethos daily, in spirit and in truth. Sadly, this isn’t the case even among professed believers. So idk why you people keep bringing this up.
