Happy Birthday Christian Danner,who made his #F1 debut with Zakspeed in 1985 and later he drove for Osella and Arrows,when he returned to Zakspeed in 1987. After having raced touring cars in 1988, Danner returned to Formula one in 1989 with Rial Racing.  47 entries(36 starts) and a total of 4 career points scored in Formula One. #RetroF1

#HappyBirthday Mike Thackwell, 65. The 8th-youngest driver to qualify for an #F1 GP, he started 2, in ’80 & ’84. He was quick in #F3 & he blitzed Euro #F2 in ’84, winning 7 races out of 11. I gather he now spends much of his time surfing off the south coast of England. Cool dude.
