Trouble is it's too late to appoint a firefighter. Gap too big, squad too weak. And who will take a relegation as their first contribution? Plus choosing a new manager is the biggest appointment for years. We can't rush it. But we might have to. #rufc

I genuinely don't think there's anything we can do that will make an impact this season, but I'm increasingly worried that the slump is too deep and strong to be salvaged between now and August. For the first time in my years watching I don't know how bad this gets #rufc
