If I were driving growth for @pharos_network I’d run it like this: 1) Positioning Define Pharos as a “must-follow” ecosystem on CT → Clear messaging: what problem it solves + why now → Consistent narrative across all posts 2) Content Engine Turn every update into a distribution loop: → Deep thread (context + insight) → 2–3 short posts (hooks for reach) → 1 meme (shareability layer) One update = multiple touchpoints 3) Builder Flywheel → Identify early projects building on Pharos → Feature them before they trend → Create “Pharos builders” narrative that others want to join 4) Attention Capture → Daily replies under relevant viral tweets → Strategic quote tweets to insert Pharos into ongoing conversations → Collaborations with mid-size creators for compounding reach 5) Data-Driven Iteration → Track saves, shares, follower conversion → Double down on formats that retain attention → Kill what doesn’t perform fast 6) Consistency Layer No gaps. Daily presence. Pharos should feel active, growing, unavoidable. Goal: not just impressions but sustained ecosystem growth. 3 rounds is enough to prove execution. @Kiwi_Nod Give me the lane I’ll build the momentum.
