Now correct me if I’m wrong but if I drop a fag butt I get a fine for littering. Yet Almond Brook Road now looks like dump with rubbish strewn everywhere. I can’t stand lazy employees who do the bare minimum.

@WiganCouncil just followed the bin wagon up Almond Brook Road and every time a bin was emptied several pieces of rubbish fell on the floor. The two council employees thought nothing of this and just carried chatting without a care in the world. 1/2

There needs to be a year long study costing thousands of pounds to come up with a new sign post system that will implemented over the following 18 months only to be ripped out 3 months later and decide that what3words works
