@Delta gold standard of service is getting compromised by the day. return flt home from Sydney Aus, my flight cancels just hrs before departure & delayed for 37 hrs. On phone with cust service over hr and she offered apology and $200. Unacceptable for Delta. Gonna lose loyals.
I booked @delta for my 2nd trip to Sydney, Au. Country has changed intensely and Delta allowed me to book ticket w/o notifying me of requirements before booking. I couldn’t board my flight w/o necessary visa, now that visa has been granted im being charged to rebook ticket.
Thank you @Delta for locating and shipping my lost ipad back to me after I mistakenly left it on my flight to Laguardia and it was discovered in providence. This level of service will ONLY happen with Delta.
