🚨🇬🇧 JUDGE UNDER SCRUTINY OVER SENTENCING DECISIONS Judge Amjad Nawaz is facing criticism over sentencing outcomes in serious sexual offence cases. One case involved a 70-year-old Muslim man who avoided a custodial sentence after sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl. Comparisons have also been drawn with other cases from the same period, including a case where a white man received an 8-year sentence for rape.
