@IpswichTown I understood booking fees for tickets were to be "phased out." Is that not happening now? And why is there a booking fee for away coach travel?

@greateranglia The website is now showing the sale is on but no discounted fares are available. Try getting me a single from Lowestoft to Ipswich for £4.00 as shown here.

@greateranglia If I go to "greatbritishrailsale."and type in say Lowestoft to Ipswich, it shows a discounted fare (£4.00)with "ga" (Greater Anglia) as the reseller. Then I click on "buy tickets" and it takes me to Greater Anglia website where no discounts exist! & it says the sale has ended!!!!

@NNUH Why do you send a letter asking me to call you on a number that is unobtainable? I have been told (threatened) in this letter that if I do not contact you I will be "referred back." Cunning way to cut your waiting lists......
