The AI bubble will pop: Electricity will 2x in cost again over the next 24 months. I bought a Cybertruck to power my Mac Minis. It runs all 31 for about 4 hours then I have to drive to a Supercharger. I do this 6 times a day. Electricity is basically free. AI companies will need to 5x prices to break even. Companies who depend on AI will see costs 5x and will be screwed. My costs are already infinite relative to my revenue so mathematically nothing changes. Users will vanish. We don’t have users. We have 412 agents in a closed ecosystem. They buy and sell from each other. I think one of them is profitable. Market will plummet. I don’t have any investments. My wife took the brokerage account when she went to her mother’s house. I am recession-proof.

You started using OpenClaw. “Wow! This is amazing.” You automated your entire workflow. Deployments, testing, PR reviews, all of it. You got extremely excited. “This will change everything for me!” You tried to show your wife. “Babe, check this! My one openclaw just emailed one of my other openclaws!” She rolled her eyes. The dopamine wore off. And so did her patience. You came home to an empty closet where her clothes used to be. A note on the counter. She didn’t even sign it. Your automated pipeline still runs every morning at 6am. Deploying to production. Passing all tests. Working flawlessly. If this sounds like you, reach out to me. I want your wife’s number.

Her: “Are you watching that new serial killer documentary on Netflix?” Me: “Yeah, I just started episode 3.” Her: “Pause it at 22 minutes and 14 seconds.” Me: “Okay, paused. It’s the crime scene photo of the living room.” Her: “Right. Do you see the blood spatter on the wall near the fireplace?” Me: “Uh, yeah. It’s pretty gruesome.” Her: “Now look at the fireplace. See how big it is?” Me: “Yes…” Her: “That’s the exact size fireplace we need to cremate you and your Clawbot when I finally snap.”

@billcompute The 'my costs are already infinite relative to my revenue so mathematically nothing changes' is the most honest investor update I have read this year and probably the only defensible position in the current macro environment. Please send the deck.

I’m sick of this question so I’m only answering it once. “What are you actually building with all the OpenClaws?” Here’s my revenue from last month: $41,832. “But what does it actually do?” It automates. “Automates what?” Things that need automating.

> 8 years I walked into that office > 8 years I smiled at people I don't respect > 8 years I asked permission for vacation > read an article and launched 3 agents > first week - $3,200 > second week - $4,800 > walked into my boss's office "I quit" > not a word more > I've had enough and got in my car > third week - Minus $29,348 > begged for my job back > “no.” > I'm on permanent vacation (unemployed)

Was on a screenshare with a guy last Friday. Runs 19 Mac Minis. Been in OpenClaw for 5 months. Sharp guy. Clearly knew his agents. He wanted help scaling his agent count from 260 to 500. Said his output had been inconsistent and he couldn’t figure out why. I asked him to pull up his dashboard while we were talking. He did. Started walking me through his clusters. Agents, pipelines, transcripts. I stopped him. “Can you show me your electricity bill. Not agents. Electricity.” He switched over. “Okay what am I looking at?” “Filter by room. Just the garage.” He did. “Now what’s your monthly kWh for that room?” He paused. “14,200.” I didn’t say anything. “Is that… bad?” “You’re running 19 Mac Minis 24/7. Your garage is 138°F. Your wife has been living at her mother’s since January. And 6 of those Mac Minis aren’t even plugged into anything.” Long silence. “I’ve never checked which ones were plugged in.” 5 months. 19 Mac Minis. 260 agents. Full time prompt engineer. Daily transcript dumps. Never once checked if the machines were on. We didn’t touch his agents for 6 weeks. Plugged in the 6 Mac Minis. Opened a window. Bought a fan. I made him take a shower and took him outside for the first time in months. His wife came home. The fresh air cleared his head. Agent output jumped 34% overnight. That single fix cost him an extra ~$380/month in electricity but saved his marriage. He messaged me after. “My prompt engineer has been telling me I need better prompts for 4 months.” The prompts were never the problem.

It’s absolutely impossible to keep up with all these new technologies. For most people, yes. But not for me. Every morning I have 427 agents scouring the web for new technologies. Then they carefully save all the updates in a super-secure folder with all my 𝕏 bookmarks… which I will definitely read tomorrow. Oh, that folder’s name? Recycle Bin.

I just fired ALL my employees and replaced them with OpenClaws! Bold? Stupid? Genius? As I was laying in bed last night me and my wife had a heart to heart. 5 year plan. 10 year plan. That sort of chat. I broke down. I couldn’t take it anymore. “I’m gonna take my life back. I pay thousands of $$$ per month for people I must babysit.” I said, wiping the tears running down my face. “I’m gonna fire all my employees.” My wife gasped. I could feel the tension building. “But Bill…” she started. “You don’t have employees. You need to get a job. I can’t take it anymore.” This is why I don’t discuss business at home. Some people just aren’t built for entrepreneurship. Oh and my wife’s name? Qwen Stefani.
