🌅 This is the morning of the UK Recovery Walk 2025 #UKRW In just a few hours, thousands of us will take to the streets in Wolverhampton. Together, dressed in purple, we’ll walk with pride, hope and love – declaring that recovery is real, recovery is thriving, and recovery belongs to everyone. This year feels extra special. We are joined by a true friend of recovery from the other side of the world: Rev @billcrewsfdn from Australia. Bill has spent a lifetime walking alongside the broken, the poor, the addicted and the excluded – and today, he’s walking with us. His presence reminds us that recovery is not just a UK movement, but a global one. Hope knows no borders. The Recovery Walk is never just about one day. It is about all of us standing shoulder to shoulder, showing families, communities, and the world that people do get well, and when we walk together, we rise together. Today, we walk for those we’ve lost. We walk for those still struggling. And we walk for those who have found freedom and now light the way for others. 💜 Recovery matters. Recovery saves lives.
