I disagree….
We keep hearing that Gabriel is ahead of Shedeur — in areas like system familiarity, timing, and decision-making.
But those traits don’t define the entire quarterback position, which means Shedeur must be ahead in other areas — arm strength, poise, leadership, and field vision.
And in the few categories where Gabriel may have once held an edge, Shedeur has already closed the gap.
So the real question is:
Can Gabriel do the same in the areas where Shedeur now leads?
If not, then the QB1 conversation is no longer about experience — it’s about talent, growth, and the future.
