Pre-Season Fitness Circuit This is one of my favourites. I've used it for youth and adult teams, and everyone loves it. Lots of hidden running and plenty of touches of the ball.

We are looking for a friendly either the 4th or 5th July? It would have to be away but we are willing to split any costs!
