@churchtalkative If Jesus LIMITED himself he could not have been FULLY God. Also note that he refers to the Father as his God even after his exaltation Rev 3:2,12

@YoSoyRobertMera @DaleTuggy No really an issue when you consider that even the Trinitarian NIV commentary gives a perfectly legitimate interpretation: ‘the blood of his own one,’ a term of endearment (such as ‘his own dear one’) referring to His own Son

Good Friday reminder: this implies a contradiction and obviously impossible: an essentially immortal being dies on a cross. God is essentially immortal. He sent someone to die on the cross who was able to die, his Messiah, the man Jesus. See the ends of all four gospels.

Beware Oneness believer! There are those that fight against Trinitarian doctrine who espouse that Jesus Christ is not God in the flesh. While pointing out the false doctrine of the Trinity don’t put yourself into bed, so to speak, with an antichrist.

@shemaistheway The trinity completely upholds the creator/creature distinction whereas Unitarian views do not. You’re a blaspheming idiot

Mormons are the children of Trinitarianism. They are just two flavors of polytheism. I cannot take either side of this conversation seriously because no one in it has the knowledge of God. In Mormonism the men become gods, and in Trinitarianism, the God becomes man. The rigid Creator/creature distinction of the scriptures is lost. It’s almost like there are scriptures that tell us God is not a man, and man is not God. Neither side of this conversation knows how to read the scriptures without their tradition of man. @ThoughtfulSaint @HwsEleutheroi

I just watched a debate between Jeff Durbin and Dr James White against Kwaku. Kwaku gave the best debate performance I’ve ever seen from an LDS position. He not only defends, but goes on the offense. Durbin and White crash out so hard, it was hard not to laugh. Huge Kwaku W.

@edlars53 You've failed on several occasions to give cogent answers to questions asked. And even in some instances admitted to what I was saying when I questioned you. If I have been deceived, so was Jesus

@edlars53 Of course nothing I say will be a good answer for you - wasn't expecting it to be ;) Again, I am grateful it is not up to you to judge whether I am a Christian. I am happy to have the same God Christ had

@billswerski1985 You have an answer for everything. Not a good answer but it is what it is. It's doubtful that you are a Christian according to God's word and the testimony of Jesus. Belief is judged by standards.

@edlars53 Men are called mighty God in Ezekiel. A child born during King Ahaz's time was called Immanuel. Jesus is never called LORD. He is called Lord. Jesus was Lord because his God made him one. The fullness of God also dwells in Christians

@billswerski1985 The Bible explicitly states Jesus is God, calling Him "the Mighty God," "Immanuel" (God with us), and "Lord" (the Greek kurios used for YHWH). Passages such as John 1:1 ("the Word was God"), Colossians 2:9 ("the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form"),....
