Multiple reporters are saying they heard around thirty shots, Secret Service rushed the press into the briefing room, the White House is on lockdown, and countersnipers are on the roof. My heart’s racing just reading this.

I was in the middle of taping on my iPhone for a social video from the White House North Lawn when we heard the shots. It sounded like dozens of gunshots. We were told to sprint to the press briefing room where we are holding now.

If "granny" or "grandpa" get 1 1/2" compressions to their sternum and ribs break. It doesn't matter if CPR was manual or Lucas.
28 yrs in ER. Worked too many codes. Heard too many bones crack during manual. Can't feel it if Lucas is pumping.

SHL0MS, known for his viral experiments, posted an image of a real Monet water lilies painting on X and told people it was AI-generated. Hundreds of replies poured in explaining exactly why it was 'slop'. "No cohesion of elements." "Doesn't look anywhere near like a Monet. Looks like somebody trying to replicate the style and achieving 20% of it." "High school level art 101 work." Every flaw described was a one invented the moment they saw the word AI.

Examples: long patient transport; hazardous or confined spaces; prolonged resuscitations with limited personnel; situations risking rescuer safety (e.g., infectious disease).

In Russia, for example, it's common for a medical doctor to ride in the ambulances.

Large trials (e.g., LINC, PARAMEDIC, CIRC) and meta-analyses showed no consistent improvement in ROSC, survival to hospital discharge, or neurologically intact survival with mechanical devices vs. high-quality manual CPR.
