@billyboughey goals are fine when you also translate them into consistent action. Not taking action makes them just dreams. For example I want to learn spanish this year. I am going to achieve that goal by doing a spanish lesson every single day, so a 365 streak. #goal xpet

Setting goals doesn’t work. Set intentional actions and mark down your winning streaks. (When you slip up, simply start another streak) Goals are for cowards that talk and don’t take action.
