@Hertz since y’all don’t care enough to respond and do what is right. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Y’all owe me the money that was charged and services were denied because of my Chime Credit Card. It states nowhere that the Chime credit card can’t be used! Ya got my $$!

@Hertz I used my Chime credit car to pay online at Hertz.com. There was no issue with the payment. When I went to pick up the car the manager advised me that he was unable to accept my card.
@Hertz is anyone going to respond to my messages? It’s been three days since y’all said you were going to help me with my issue and now no response! When I call customer service they say they have no record! I need someone to respond!
@Hertz Such a shame that this company would rather steal your money when you never got the car and canceled it before you were supposed to pick up the car. Management promised a full refund and now it’s like I never did business with them… My reservation and charges disappeared!

@Hertz I need someone to contact me immediately! I canceled a reservation last Friday and spoke with 3 reps and a manager with the ID of 0644 who stated that the reservation would be canceled and done without a cancellation fee. Will give more details!
It’s Monday now and the charge is no longer pending and has settled. I need some help on this. The charged amount was $287.08….. I need this back ASAP!
@Chime I have a charge that was pending on my acct. It was for a car rental with Hertz. I spoke with them and they agreed to a full refund…… I then spoke with a supervisor at Chime by the name of Thomas. He stated that the funds would be released.
