Shrimp fried in garlic butter Ingredient: Fresh shrimp: about 300g - 500g (depending on quantity and size of shrimp) Avocado, Garlic: 3-4 cloves (minced) Fried dough: about 100g Chicken eggs: 1 egg Spices: salt, pepper, cooking oil Aromatic herbs (cilantro, dill...) Green onions (optional) Making: Wash the shrimp in water, cut off the antennae and legs. If the shrimp is large, you can peel it to make it easier to eat. Put the pot on the stove, heat a little cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add garlic and saute until fragrant. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Roll each shrimp in breadcrumbs, then dip in beaten egg and fry in oil until golden and crispy (about 2-3 minutes). Be careful not to cook too long so the shrimp doesn't dry out. When the shrimp is crispy and golden, add the garlic butter to the pan with the shrimp and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes to melt the butter and create a delicious flavor.

Lechona This dish originates from the Tolima region, located southwest of Bogotá and the area containing the major cities of Ibagué and Espinal. Many Colombian tourists from Vietnam thought Lechona was a purely Vietnamese roasted suckling pig dish because of its similar appearance. However, this is a famous traditional dish of Columbia and is prepared very elaborately. The main ingredients include a grilled pig stuffed inside rice along with peas, onions and some other typical spices. After that, people take it to grill.
