
Grilled ribs
Ingredient:
– 700gr pork ribs
– 2-3 lemongrass plants
– Purple onion, garlic
– Other spices: seasoning powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and ground pepper
Making:
– First, peel the shallots and garlic, wash and crush them, then chop them.
– After that, wash the ribs with diluted salt water, rinse thoroughly with clean water and drain. Cut the ribs into long pieces. You marinate the meat with a little seasoning, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of honey, a little fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, a little ground pepper and chopped onion and garlic, mix well to absorb and leave in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
