There is a brand called Ditch The Guilt. I ordered from them and my order has still not been delivered. There has been no update, and they’ve stopped responding to my Instagram messages.
I checked reddit, twitter, and instagram, and all I see are people calling it a scam and sharing how they haven’t received their orders. Some people say they did receive their order, but even they didn’t know if it would arrive. It honestly feels like luck, if you’re lucky, you get it, if not, you don’t.
I placed my order on 9th Jan. It was supposed to be delivered before 17th Jan. They said 4–5 days. It’s 17th Feb now.
And it’s not even about the money. I actually forgot about the order for a couple of weeks and then suddenly remembered, wait, I did order something. I like trying out new products and protein bars, and this was part of that.
I checked the founder’s account and it’s private. I would understand if the company was going through something or if there were issues internally, I genuinely would.
What I don’t understand is how they’re still running ads, their website is live, and they’re still doing campaigns. This is a scam.
What’s more confusing is how nobody is really talking about this publicly. But everyone is talking about it, but there’s no real accountability. Why aren’t there public call outs or viral posts where the brand or founder has to respond?
A lot of people are open to filing consumer complaints because this is fraud. So where is @Meta? Why is Meta allowing them to continue running ads and operating a business just because Meta is getting paid?
Their payment partner is @Razorpay. I searched twitter again and found multiple people asking Razorpay for their money back. Razorpay does seem to reply, maybe even resolve individual cases, but why isn’t the brand being banned when this has been happening to so many people?
People still haven’t received refunds, at least that’s what the comments say. Reddit is flooded with similar experiences, and this has apparently been going on for 8 months to a year.
I’m not upset about losing ₹240. I’m concerned about how openly scams can run and how platforms like Meta and Razorpay are aware of what’s happening and still don’t take stronger action. I’ve worked with companies that got banned by Meta repeatedly for minor wording issues, so how is an entire business allowed to continue like this?

A small win:
Completed 4 weeks of consistently going to the gym. Hoping to take more care of my nutrition in the coming months.
The goal is to do the KGL trek, not lose weight or fat.

I stayed at @thehosteller Udaipur, but I wasn't alone this time; I took my parents with me. I showed them the hostel culture & quality; they always had doubts about the hostels, but not anymore!
My paa loved their services & it’s near the city palace; we walked around a lot!🤩
