I’ve been drinking heavy Zobo + Ginger + 15 Cloves + Cinnamon + pineapple and sugar mixture boiled together for 3wks straight thinking I’m being healthy and avoiding soda. Fast forward to today, I went to do a personal shopping for 2 of my clients in Balogun Market and I had a total blackout right in the middle of the market. My Vision went dark, chest tight, felt like a spiritual attack…knowing that I have never had any of those symptoms all at ones; I thought I was legit dying and called my mum while at it and she told me to go to the nearest clinic and I did🥹 Turns out, I was just overdosing on natural medicine. Zobo & cloves are powerful, they lower blood pressure and thin the blood. If you already have low BP or don't eat enough iron, it will CRASH you. Moral of the story: Don’t abuse nature. Even too much apple or pineapple has its side effects. Balance is key. Stay hydrated and don’t turn your kitchen into a pharmacy🙏🏼🥹

A 31yrs old guy in Agege was arrested last night for sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.... Around 10:30 PM, the girl’s mother realized her daughter wasn't inside her room and went searching for her but nowhere to be found in the vicinity. When the girl eventually returned home, her mother pressed her until she admitted she had been with the guy . The mother immediately confronted the man and warned him to stay away from her daughter. Rather than showing any remorse, the man boldly went to the mother’s house to threaten her and tell her not to speak to him in that manner — which only incriminated him further.While they were arguing, I intervened, asked what the issue was, and the mother explained the situation. When I asked the girl who the man was to her, she replied sadly, “He is my boyfriend.”I ensured the man was arrested, but I’m now conflicted. The girl’s mother is hesitant to take the case to court because she cannot afford the financial costs involved. However, I am ready and willing to support her financially through the process.This is a serious matter involving the abuse of a minor. What steps do you think we should take next?

If I tell you, you won’t do it but I’ll still tell you. My secret is my Lime tea. It’s almost 2 years now I’ve not as much had a fever, highest that happens is a headache. Since I started make it my go to tea, I do not have any form of bloating or muscle soreness, even malaria is far from me (I also make sure my place is devoid of mosquitoes of course) but my lime tea has saved me from a lot. A couple (boyfriend and girlfriend) walked into the consulting room to run some tests. One of the investigations requested was HIV test. When the result came out, the lady was positive while the man was negative. The doctor asked the man to excuse them so he can tell the lady her result and counsel her. Since they were not legally married, it's against medical ethics to disclose a patient's sensitive result to another. The man refused to leave, saying they were together, that the doctor should tell them the results. So the doctor omitted the lady's HIV result. When they left, he called the lady to come to the hospital that there was a test she did which she needed to know the result. The lady declined to come. He called quite a few times, she still declined to come. It then became obvious that she knew her status and still went ahead to date the man, who obviously, was oblivious of her status. In this case, do you think the doctor should have disclosed the result and face whatever consequences that may arise if she sue him for breech of privacy?

Financial independence, personal achievement, and whatever you think you have is basically to massage your ego and in most cases useless to a potential suitors. Let's get practical. How does your degree benefit a man? What are the benefits of your PhDs to a man? How does your account balance benefit a man who already has financial security? What do you have to offer a man who already has his life figured out? You're not a virgin, so sexual exclusivity is not on the table. You carry trauma from previous failed relationships. Sit down and ask yourself these two questions; What does a man stand to benefit from getting married to me that he cannot achieve without me or with a 25-year-old virgin? There was a scene where they showed he got his hospital bill and was bothered. There was a scene where he was counting and recounting the money Derin's mum brought. That scene showed moral conflict. In the supply chain of security, it is very easy for police officers to be co-op ted but this highlighted the few honourable security officers we have but they still face conflicts.
