🚨 Actor R Madhavan advises removing 4 daily habits from home if you want success in life. He said -- 1) Remove fights and constant arguments. He said a home filled with conflict cannot grow. 2) Remove complaining. When people keep complaining, they overlook what they already have. 3) Remove Laziness. It reduces opportunities and slows down progress. 4) Remove clutter. Keeping the home clean and organised can create a sense of calm and help improve focus.

Neither am I born, nor do I die. I reside within your body. I am an ansh of God. I have no religion, and I keep changing bodies until you finally recognize who I am. All supreme powers lie within me. I smile when you beg before others, forgetting that the real power is already within you. I load your mind with the karma you carried from the past, and you act accordingly. Your mind keeps you occupied with the outer world. But the day you turn inward, you will find me. And once you connect with me, the entire world will appear as nothing more than an illusion. ~Soul

This is not “aging”. This is metabolic collapse that starts in the 30s. Why do many Indian men develop a large belly after 35? Because the modern lifestyle is perfectly designed to create visceral fat. Here is the mechanism most people miss: 1) Carb-heavy diet since childhood Breakfast: poha/upma/bread Lunch: rice or roti Snacks: biscuits/namkeen Dinner: rice/roti again This keeps insulin elevated all day, pushing calories into abdominal fat storage. 2) Protein deficiency Most Indian diets provide only ~30–40g protein/day when the body needs ~70–100g. Result → muscle loss + slower metabolism. 3) Muscle loss after 30 (sarcopenia) Without strength training, men lose muscle every decade. Less muscle = lower metabolic rate. 4) Sedentary work 10–12 hours sitting + very little daily movement. 5) Chronic Vitamin D & B12 deficiency Extremely common in India and linked with fatigue, insulin resistance and weight gain. 6) Sleep deprivation & stress Raises cortisol → promotes central fat accumulation. 7) Alcohol + late night eating Extra calories when metabolism is lowest. The result is the typical pattern: • Thin arms • Thin legs • Large abdominal fat This fat is not cosmetic. It is visceral fat, strongly associated with: • Type 2 diabetes • Fatty liver • High triglycerides • Heart disease But the good news: This is not inevitable with age. It is largely preventable with 5 changes: • Increase protein intake • Reduce refined carbs and ultra-processed foods • Lift weights or do resistance training • Walk daily (8–10k steps) • Maintain good sleep If people understood this early, the epidemic of metabolic disease in India would drop dramatically. Save this. Share it with someone who is entering their 30s.

What is the reason behind this that 90% of the men in India start looking like this after the age of 35?

Choose 20% very carefully‼️🫠 Most people are stressed because they are trying to control 100% of their life. But the truth is — you only have 20% in your hands. Just like food… You can choose what to eat. You can chew it properly. But after that, digestion happens automatically. You don’t control it. Your body does. Life works the same way. Your 20% is your clarity, intention, belief, and action. The remaining 80% — timing, opportunities, results, connections, outcomes — happens beyond your control. Manifestation is not about forcing results. It is about being clear about what you truly want, taking conscious action towards it, and trusting the larger process of life. When you try to control the 80%, you create anxiety. When you master your 20%, you create alignment. Do your part with awareness. Let life do its part with intelligence. And that’s when things start falling into place effortlessly !!!✨🙌🏻

20 Practical Ways to Control Anxiety Naturally: 1.Fix your sleep first. A brain running on 5 hours of sleep will always amplify anxiety signals. 2.Get sunlight within 20 minutes of waking. Morning light stabilizes circadian rhythm and lowers cortisol spikes later in the day. 3.Walk daily. A simple 30-minute brisk walk reduces sympathetic overdrive and improves serotonin tone. 4.Cut excess caffeine. Many “anxiety disorders” are actually caffeine intolerance in disguise. 5.Breathe slower. Slow nasal breathing (about 5–6 breaths per minute) activates the vagus nerve and calms the nervous system. 6.Strength training 3–4 times a week. Resistance exercise lowers baseline stress hormones and improves mental resilience. 7.Eat real food. Blood sugar swings from ultra-processed foods can mimic panic symptoms. 8.Correct magnesium deficiency. Low magnesium often presents as restlessness, palpitations, and sleep disturbance. 9.Check Vitamin B12. Deficiency can cause irritability, brain fog, and unexplained anxiety. 10.Correct Vitamin D deficiency. Low levels are strongly associated with mood disorders. 11.Limit doom-scrolling. Your brain was not designed to process global crises every 10 minutes. 12.Reduce alcohol. It feels calming initially but worsens anxiety the next day through rebound sympathetic activation. 13.Build a predictable routine. The brain feels safer when the day has structure. 14.Spend time around nature. Even 20 minutes in green space measurably reduces cortisol. 15.Talk to someone you trust. Unexpressed stress often converts into physical anxiety symptoms. 16.Improve gut health. The gut-brain axis plays a real role in mood regulation. 17.Practice deliberate stillness. Prayer, meditation, or silent sitting for 10 minutes resets mental noise. 18.Reduce sugar spikes. Rapid glucose fluctuations can trigger palpitations and anxious feelings. 19.Write your worries down. Putting thoughts on paper prevents mental rumination loops. 20.Accept that some stress is normal. A calm life is not a stress-free life; it is a well-regulated nervous system. Bottom line: Most anxiety today is not a psychiatric disease. It is a lifestyle signal. Fix sleep, movement, sunlight, nutrition, and nervous system regulation first. Medicines should come later, not first.

A woman in Jaipur , 34, working in HR, started trading during COVID. Small account, ₹50,000. First six months were fine. Up ₹8,000, down ₹5,000, up ₹7,000. Learning slowly. Then March 2023. She found a Telegram group. "90% accuracy calls." Free for first month. First call: "Buy XYZ at 380." She bought. Went to 412. She made ₹2,800. Amazing. Second call: "Buy ABC at 225." Went to 248. Made ₹3,100. She was hooked. For two months, she only traded their calls. Made ₹23,000 total. Then the calls started failing. Lost ₹4,000 one week. ₹6,000 the next. She kept following because "they were right before." By June, she was down ₹19,000 from her peak. And here's the worst part: she had no idea why. When her own trades failed, she knew what went wrong. Setup didn't confirm. Volume was weak. She learned something. When tip-based trades failed, she learned nothing. Because it wasn't her analysis. Just someone else's call that didn't work. She left the group in July. Went back to her own research. Her win rate dropped from 68% (with tips) to 49% (her own trades). But she was learning again. Understanding why things worked or didn't. Took her four months to get back to breakeven. Then slowly positive. She's at ₹71,000 now. Smaller gains than those two lucky months with tips. But she sleeps better. Because she knows why her money moves. That's worth more than quick profits.
