@itsChadKriz Appreciate it! IMO Wartburg is firmly a T2 room. Low ceilings, minimal extras. Just a perfectly functional room. Grandview with the massive space has the opp but hasn't finished its room in the way a T1 room does. Definitely has the bones if they want to make the investment.

@coach__rosen I believe GV and Wartburg are in the 1.25-1.5 range. Not quite a 1 on your scale but welllllll above the 2 zone you mentioned. Love the hustle, keep up the blogs!

@dennisjaeger26 @David_M_Ryan Honestly, they're trying. Lakeland has a brilliant Co-Op program trying to create a middle ground b/w a 4 year and a trade school. Sadly, the economics of it don't work currently

@David_M_Ryan @coach__rosen Very sad reality. Kids pay a premium to continue playing the sport they love. Schools should embrace their small, intimate settings and figure out a way to make that education a premium through focused internships, unique majors, summer work study programs, etc…
