@CreasonJana So what I got from these clips is that Michelle Obama didn’t seem very grateful for what she had while JD Vance was grateful. Obama felt like a victim while Vance feels like he’s blessed. That right there is the Leftist/Liberal/Democrat vs Republican/Conservative/Right difference

This is HOW you have a conversation with kids. Let them hear perspectives on BOTH SIDES, then let them have their own opinion! This is what our school systems should be doing in the classroom, instead of shoving the teachers feeling down their throats!

This actually reveals a much darker and more disturbing issue. When working on legislation that would provide clear options for parents on how to manage miscarriage, we are met with opposition by the abortion industry because they don't want our offspring that are miscarried to be referred to as humans, babies, or infants. Miscarriage is a difficult and heartbreaking experience for many women. After providing reproductive mental healthcare for over 10 years, it is clear to me women (prolife or prochoice) in this situation don't want political nonsense about abortion. They are not experiencing an abortion. What they want is support and clarity. The reality is that a billion dollar industry that makes a profit from killing and removing offspring from women rely on dehumanization, disassociation, and disenfranchisement to continue their business. That is how we end up with babies in dumpsters or thrown over embankments. Clear options for how to handle human remains after pregnancy loss would greatly assist those experiencing it. Those options should include: 1) private burial/services in line with the faith tradition of the parents and in legal parameters of where humans can be buried. (This option should be free and there are often non-profit organizations that assist with costs.) 2) Taking the baby to the local hospital for testing and/or proper management of disposal. Depending on the age of the baby, the hospital will cremate or bury the remains in a group. Parents should have the opportunity to state which option they prefer and they should know where those remains are located. (This option is free in most places. If hospitals are billing for this, we need a discussion on the cost of death.) 3) Calling a funeral home for assistance with proper management of disposal. (This option is often free as funeral homes usually wave any fees in this case. If not, there are usually nonprofits who will cover the costs.) During my miscarriage, I took my little girl en caul to the hospital for testing. The lab tech was extremely rude and disrespectful when denying my request for the opportunity to bury her after testing per our religious beliefs. To this day, I don't know how she was disposed of or where her remains are located. Woman after woman tells me about their distress in flushing their child or throwing them out in the trash. How we care for our children after death, no matter how small they may be, is an act of parenting. Being denied clear paths to respect the dignity our children and acknowledging the losses we experience is a large part of the problem. In my red state, we have a law about how hospitals must dispose of human remains. Unfortunately, the ways these laws are presented to parents by staff that are political activists further wound the parents. Rather than simply explaining to parents they have the option of choosing to manage the end of life care in their own, pick between cremation or burial by the hospital, or let the hospital decide; these activists tell parents the state is forcing the hospital to demand parents manage the disposal or face legal charges. There are no legal charges for parents if they refrain from making a decision. The decision defaults back to the hospital. Hospitals have protocols for managing human remains as part of biohazard standards. Fear mongering is a staple of leftist tactics. It is emotional and trauma propoganda designed to create destabilization and panic presented as if it is compassion or empathy. It is not empathetic or compassionate to lie to women in order to create anger and panic. It is not empathetic or compassionate to pretend there is no need for proper disposal of human remains after pregnancy loss. If abortion is going to continue to be legal, we need to address the reality that human remains need to be disposed of rather than scapegoating the pain of women going through miscarriages.
Joyce Carol Oates@JoyceCarolOates

Seriously—what is a woman who has miscarried supposed to do “legally “ in a red state? If she is in the care of a doctor does he report her? Does an ER report her? The grief & physical distress of a miscarriage in itself is a punishment. But the state wants to punish her more? Does this include MAGA women? Why do they vote for this?

Since I can see and feel that many folks are confused right now. They do not know who to trust or believe. Let’s go back to President Trump’s campaign promises and work our way back. Not headlines. Not opinions. Not emotional narratives. Just promises vs. what has actually been done so far - backed by real data. 1. Seal the border and stop the migrant invasion What was promised: Shut down illegal crossings What’s happened: Border apprehensions down 91.4% since Trump took office Months with zero migrant releases into the U.S. DHS reports historic lows in crossings early FY2026 👉 Enforcement + policy change 2. Largest deportation operation What was promised: Mass deportations What’s happened: $170B allocated for border & deportation system Capacity target: ~1M deportations/year ICE funding rising to $100B+ by 2029 👉 System being built to scale and over 2 million criminals and illegal aliens self deported and deported by ICE and BP. 3. End inflation / affordability What was promised: Lower prices What’s happened: Inflation ~2.4% (2026) ~70% drop from peak levels Real wages +1.4% vs inflation 👉 Rate of increase crushed 4. Energy dominance What was promised: “Drill, baby, drill” What’s happened: Oil: 13.6M barrels/day (record) Gas: ~110B cubic ft/day (record) Gas prices ~$2.90/gal 👉 U.S. leading globally 5. Manufacturing / stop outsourcing What was promised: Bring jobs home What’s happened: Tariffs pushing domestic production ~$2T projected tariff revenue (2026–2035) 👉 Incentivizing U.S. industry 6. Tax cuts / no tax on tips What was promised: Worker relief What’s happened: No tax on tips policy Major middle-class tax relief package 👉 More take-home pay 7. Defend constitutional freedoms What’s happening: Push against censorship & federal overreach 👉 Mostly legal battles 8. Prevent World War III What’s happening: Deterrence via trade, energy, diplomacy 👉 Long-term outcome 9. End weaponization of government What’s happening: Agency restructuring efforts 👉 Structural fight 10. Crime, cartels, gangs What’s happening: Border + enforcement tied to crime reduction 👉 Policy alignment 11–20 (Grouped) Rebuild cities → local control Military → continued strength Dollar → still global reserve Social Security → no cuts EV mandates → rollbacks underway Education → ongoing fight Women’s sports → legal battles Radical deportations → early enforcement Election security → state-driven Unity → result, not policy THE REALITY!! Moving fast: Border, energy, inflation, taxes Being built: Deportations, manufacturing, agency reform Still fighting: Elections, education, culture THE TRUTH!! People aren’t lost because there’s no information. They’re lost because of too many narratives. So they pick a side… and stop thinking too hard. If you want to see clearly: Track promises vs results. Everything else is just noise. P.S: With due respect to the Epstein victims, this wasn't part of President Trump's campaign promises.

@JamieBonkiewicz It'd not the same ID you think it is. Quit that ID bullshit. The ID they want requires birth certificates, marriage licenses - multiple marriage licenses and proof of divorce for people who re-married. This can be $200+ worth of document requests for a twice-married woman.

People keep saying you need an ID to buy alcohol, board a plane, rent a car or open a bank account. Voting is a right protected by our Constitution. All of those other things are privileges. Hope this helps.

My guy, he’s mentioned over one million times. He’s mentioned more in the Epstein files than fucking Epstein, himself. Just about every member of his inner circle and cabinet is in the files as well. At this point, we may as well just start calling them the Trump Files.

I see no problem with voter ID IF: 1.) it is free 2.) it is delivered to the address of the voter automatically 3.) it renews January 1st of every presidential election 4.) voting by mail remains an option for voters 5.) citizens upon their 18th birthday are automatically registered to vote and mailed an id (see 1 and 2) 6.) a backup system is set in place in case ID is unable to be read or is in transit before Election Day. Otherwise, no deal.

@EkaBakie So explain to me how they go about their lives then? Like, how do they apply for a loan, credit card, or anything? You have to provide proof that you are who you say you are. Again, it’s not that difficult. Adopted people would just show their adoption record. Easy.

If Jesus Christ showed up today as a homeless, brown, non English speaking refugee preaching love, helping the poor, and condemning greed…the same people screaming “Christian nation” would call him a socialist threat and demand ICE deport him. They don’t want Jesus. They want power wrapped in religion. Full stop.

@EfhaasC @CoryBooker ICE has no authority to conduct a traffic stop, unless there is reasonable suspicion there is an undocumented non-US citizen in the vehicle. Simply because you're being followed is not illegal.

@KimIversenShow Republicans are trying to clean up the mess made by Democrat open borders. Citizen Republicans are sick of the corruption and incompetence in Washington. That’s what is making ‘anti-government anarchists’. We’re tired of no rules for politicians but tons of rules for citizens.

Republicans are inadvertently creating an entire generation of anti government anarchists by insisting on ice raids. Better option, go after the employers of illegals. Remove demand, supply will dwindle.
