My guide to bot spotting for immediate block: 1. If they have no posted photos 2. All their photos are “vtuber memes” or interaction bait (see attached for examples) 3. Inactive Twitch 4. Numbers in their name 5. AI art in pfp or banner 6. Game character pfp with a random vtuber name 7. Following too many people 8. No original posts AT ALL. Nothing about their personal life or vtuber Please keep in mind that typically a bot account will cross off multiple of these criteria rather than one or two. Of course, there may be outliers but so far my bot radar has done me solid 🫶

@Toast6634 @inkobell But how do you know if it’s just part of their vocabulary vs purposely using it? I personally feel we shouldn’t judge someone just because they are more skilled in a certain area than us. To me it seems more like those who think that feel threatened

@birdvt @inkobell It really depends on how they do it. If bigger words are just part of your vocabulary then it's whatever. If you intentionally use bigger words to try and appear smarter than others then you're just a pretentious douche.

i wish it was more common/okay to use “big” words in the US without people thinking you’re being obnoxious or pretentious the English language is just so full of fun words but my whole life i’ve felt forced to dumb down my manner of speech for fear of being ostracized

@birdvt Additional red flags: 1. Extremely generic name 2. Very generic descriptions: “I bring your ideas to life”. Each are different, but as you see more, you’ll get the same kind of vibe 3. Most bots are listed as from South Asia 4. Check their replies for dm/followback asks
