I might be completely off the mark but I'm assuming Sukuna had to develop the ability to RCT others out of necessity before meeting Uraume or growing up. How else would a literal child/caveman with little knowledge or skills mastery besides Jujutsu preserve his kills etc. Would make sense that his base CT evolved in a cooking direction to help self preservation in a similar manner too. Because that's the first thing he'd need for survival in the wild. Idk. I'm also assuming Sukuna's mother died away from civilisation. In this instance Noaya is the “bullet”, the disturbances in the air is the “trigger”.
