Let me tell you about John MacArthur. MacArthur… Attended the racist, segregationist, college, Bob Jones University. Wrote a manifesto declaring social justice as antithetical to Christianity. It was signed by 10,000 white evangelicals. Denied that systemic racism is to blame for racial disparities in wealth, income and opportunity. Promoted the ‘Curse of Ham’ myth, that Black people are descendants of Ham and therefore, their enslavement, brutalization, and dehumanization was ordained by God and is justified by Scripture. Claimed that Africans were cursed by God to serve Europeans. Once said that Africans were “primitive people” that “have painted their faces with some kind of plant — these people that run around stabbing pigs in the jungle naked.” Defended slavery, saying, “There can also be benefits. For many people, poor people, perhaps people who weren’t educated, perhaps people who had no other opportunity, working for a gentle, caring, loving master was the best of all possible worlds.” “Christianity does not free slaves. Christianity does not give equal social rights. …you are to be submissive to your masters, whether they’re good and gentle or whether they are unreasonable. You are to submit.” John MacArthur has the caucacity to call Martin Luther King, Jr. immoral, yet declared Donald Trump, someone accused of raping 26 women, who cheated on all 3 of his wives, who has 5 children by 3 baby mamas, who is under 91 criminal indictments, who tried to have his daughter Tiffany aborted, as “God‘s chosen.” MacArthur has the nerve to say that king, a Christian preacher, was not a Christian, yet declared Trump to be a Christian when Trump admitted that he has never repented of his sins or accepted Christ into his life. John MacArthur is not a Christian. John MacArthur is a hypocrite. John MacArthur is a white supremacist. John MacArthur is 🗑️.
