Process Lasso v18 adds GPU metrics, improves the graph aesthetics, refactors the ThreadRacer tool, and boosts the performance of rules that use complex Regular Expressions. We’ve worked hard on it and hope you enjoy! bitsum.com/product-update…

@bitsumtech When it enables both "Always on Top" and "Show process Tooltips," the tooltips would be behind the app window. If I want to see the tooltips, I must not check the " Always on Top".

This is a big one! Process Lasso v17 adds a consolidated rules view and a process/game selection dialog. Now you can view and edit most of your process rules from a central location. bitsum.com/product-update…

@bitsumtech Does this works automatically like cpu or should be set manually by process?

Process Lasso v15.1 introduces the ability to selectively import and export process rules in JSON format, among other enhancements. This makes it easier to share rules or back up your own rules. Additionally, you can copy and paste rules from one process to another in the list. bitsum.com/product-update…

@Ramoonus Yes, Intel Application Optimization is operating at a different level than Process Lasso, so shouldn't conflict. That said, this is an area of active R&D, and if we develop any information that rules in Process Lasso might alter Intel APO behavior, we'll let you know.

@HonkeyKong This has been implemented as of Process Lasso v14.0.4.3 beta, though further refinement may occur. Also of note, in this and previous versions of Process Lasso you can use CTRL+SPACE to pause the GUI updates.

@bitsumtech Awesome, thanks! Love the software, bought a pro license years ago. That's been my only gripe, trying to catch runaway processes. 😂

Hey @bitsumtech, would it be possible for you to add that Windows Task Manager feature into Process Lasso, where you can hold Ctrl on the keyboard and everything stops jumping around so you can click on it? That would be awesome.

@scaronmw @HonkeyKong We found that some log events were being written despite logging disabled. A fix was made as of v14.0.3.5 beta. Please let us know if it doesn’t resolve the issue for you. Thank you.

@bitsumtech @HonkeyKong Could you please investigate the logging system? It appears that even when the log option is unchecked, logging still occurs and events are being logged. I had to set the maximum log size to 1MB to prevent logging. Currently, it only displays one event. Is there a way to disable?

Process Lasso v14 introduces named CPU affinities to the world! These make it easier to reuse common CPU affinities, such as a particular CCD or your fastest cores. No longer will users have to manually select CPU cores every time they assign an affinity! bitsum.com/product-update…

@hoytehablode That's a lot of licenses! Thank you for being a supporter! As to the continued utility of Process Lasso, I can only say that, for me personally, it is of more utility than ever due to the increased scheduling complexity of high core count systems, and we continue to push forward!
