I broke down 36 winning DTC ads so you don't have to guess what to make next. I put together my Winning Ad Swipe File (sorted by awareness level). I audit accounts spending up to $12M/month and the brands that scale aren't just making more creative – they steal proven structures instead of inventing from scratch. Most founders stare at a blank page, panic and make 40 versions of the same dying ad. This fixes that. I use this to go from "no idea what to test" to a full strategy in under an hour: • 36 winners across 11 brands • Each tagged by awareness level (Unaware → Most-Aware) • The exact psychological trigger that made it convert • A "Steal this" principle per ad • The "ugly" native structures that beat studio shoots • An index sorted by awareness level • A how-to-use guide so it's a system, not just inspiration Want access? → Comment "SWIPE" → Follow me and I'll DM you the file

$52k/month pet brands are not winning because their ads look polished they’re winning because the ads look like normal posts people would watch anyway a cat in a bath a weird pov a messy home clip a simple problem a product that feels like the obvious fix that’s why this works the viewer doesn’t feel sold to they feel like they found a useful little hack and once resistance drops, conversion gets easier rt + comment "cat" and I’ll send you the organic ad angle template (follow for dm)

What happens? If Ad A spends $20 and generates 0 leads, Meta automatically turns it off. This prevents more budget from being wasted and allows the remaining budget to be spent on ads that are actually performing.

Quick Meta Ads tip: Use this automation rule when testing multiple ad creatives to prevent wasting budget on ads that aren't generating results. Example: Daily Budget: $60 Ads Being Tested: 3 Set a rule: • Spend > $20 • Results < 1 • Action: Turn off ad

@ecomrudolfs I'm curious why they use multiple pages to run ads instead of advertising directly from a brand page. Most of these pages don't seem to have strong branding or meaningful content, and some even look fake. What's the reason behind this approach?

$47k/month brands don’t need more “creative ideas” they need a system that turns winning ads into better variations that’s where Claude becomes dangerous not for writing generic copy not for making pretty headlines not for “give me 10 hooks” but for breaking down why an ad worked then rebuilding the angle in 20 sharper ways you find the winners in GetHookd you feed Claude the pattern you test new hooks, new objections, new desires, new formats you keep the ones that print this is how operators scale ad copy without guessing rt + comment "copy" and I’ll send you the Claude ad prompt workflow (follow for dm)

7/ LTV (Lifetime Value) One customer buying multiple times changes everything. Focus beyond the first sale. 8/ Refund Rate High refunds kill margins, cash flow, and ad performance. Not just a support issue. Which of these are you tracking?

5/ Cash Flow High ROAS means nothing if cash arrives late. Track when money actually hits your account. 6/ Fixed vs Variable Costs Scaling adds salaries, software, warehousing, and ops costs fast. Know your true break-even point.

I've seen businesses with 4x ROAS go broke. And businesses with 2.4x ROAS scale to $100K/month. The difference came down to 8 numbers.

The ad is step 1 of 8. But 90% of brands only optimise step 1.

Angry customers aren't a problem to manage. They're a blueprint to follow. Your competitors are hiding from this feedback. That's your advantage. Don't follow me for motivation. Follow if you want frameworks that actually move revenue.

→ Lead with the problem people hate most → Show, clearly, how you've fixed it If everyone is angry about X — make your entire offer about solving X. The best copywriters in the world don't write from a creative brief. They write from the comment section.

Most brands run from negative reviews. I run toward them. Here's why: That 1-star rant your competitor is trying to bury? It's the most honest market research you'll ever read — and it costs you nothing. I learned this the hard way.
