Also, unrelated to the game itself, but it's pretty depressing how both the studio that made it (Sony's Japan Studio) *and* the studio that made the remaster (Bluepoint Games) now no longer exist. Thanks Sony, very cool.

Replayed Gravity Rush 14 years later and man this game is still peak charming in the presentation department. Love everything about its music, visuals, and setting. Feels very Ghibli-esque. Gameplay is mostly serviceable and its story + pacing are all over the place tho, lol.

@vio42353249 I also said it a while back but I love how mature it is too. It reminds me a lot of older animated films like The Brave Little Toaster. A movie that seems all cutesy and kiddy on the surface but takes itself very seriously and isn't afraid to get dark af at times.

@vio42353249 I don't even think that needs debating. The Wild Robot is a masterpiece and easily one of DreamWorks' best films to date. I could write a whole essay about it. Also the scene where Roz finally understands what love is when Brightbill is leaving destroys me every time I see it.

@clovercritter Maybe it's not a perfect comparison, but whenever I hear that something is extremely difficult in a game I'll get scared of starting it cause I don't think I'll be good enough to succeed, even though I *am* and almost certainly *will*. The answer is just to try! 💪

I just saw Mega Ampharos charging at Mammorest. That's how I know this is a slopfest. Atleast with Palworld the designs were more like "Oh this is based off of [insert pokemon]" but these are blatant stitches between Pokemon and Pals. Truly awful.
