Lulu is a good indicator of when the fire is at a good temperature as she gets down off top of it before she cooks.

My other half now doesn't need to stop for petrol anymore. She has a new car.

Sourdough fresh out of the oven and you can hear the crust crackle as it starts to cool. Smells like it's getting close to lunch.
