I never knew Medical equipments are so expensive.
The way I screamed after I was told d price of this small thing( endoscopy machine).The interesting part of this machine is that, if it’s get spoilt you can only repair it in US.

@FadimatuAmeen I just found out mine is “ر” thought I had almost all down but I was humbled , Alhamdulillah I think I don’t place my tongue on the right position but I guess practicing will help 😩🤲🏽

This might sound ridiculous but it’s the letter س I have a problem with. And I don’t have a “th” problem either. I just can’t seem to pronounce it properly 🥲

This is honestly the reason i never considered pediatric residency.
I started questioning everything and I felt at a point I was questioning God in my mind.

I once did a similar case as a younger lawyer where my principal sent me to represent a man in a case for custody of an infant. When I informed the court that my client intended to oppose the mother's right to custody, the magistrate asked me how exactly I think the man could take care of an infant better than its own mother.
I just started chuckling. It was a no-brainer. Ruling was delivered in the woman's favour sharp.
