DTDC Courier Management: Take serious note of delivery services in Vasant Kunj-110070 being sloppy and unreliable! Delivery is often next day after sms says "Delivered", sometimes left invisibly under garage door, or unknown spots beyond guess, without calling to inform on phone!

I experienced yet another victory of human trait over machine failure today! The Branch Manager and his team at JNU New Campus branch of SBI proactively moved things with politeness and smile, when server failure at their backend network was taking a toll on customers' time!!
