@TPAction Mikel (Peggy) had been marked inactive with the reason 'NVRA Inactive Address".I researched and discovered she no longer uses the P. O. Box listed on her voter record so her election related snail mail was getting returned undeliverable. We registered her online making her residence address as her mailing address so this would not happen again. As you can tell Peggy is now one happy camper after I notified her of her inactive voter registration status and came over to help her reregister through the online portal.
