⚠️⚠️WARNING: My Native Canada is not a mix of all Canadian Indigenous tribes; it is a representation of what Canada was like before colonization. ⚠️⚠️

I probably misspell sentences, please know that it's the translator's fault.

" Are you ready for your quick time event lessons? " *Resident Evil 5 gulps* * Batman: A Telltale Series breathes heavily * * Dispatch nods * * God of War sighs * " Yes, Hetalia: Canada Dating Sim " they all say in unison

@lukas1ewicz When the sentence I wrote and already posted is automatically translated, it's understandable, but it's written incorrectly. I think people from other countries will also read it and notice the grammatical errors.

@lukas1ewicz But what I mean is that in Portuguese, when I liked it or they liked it, it's in the past tense, but it seems that doesn't work in English, so I take the -ED at the end and just use "gosto" (I like). That's why some things seem disconnected in the sentences.

@lukas1ewicz Not with me, but it can happen. I can type a normal word and the automatic translation turn it into another meaningless word.

@CupcakenmyWorld I think it's because I don't like blackwashing and I've argued about it before. But I stopped a while ago. But now they're calling me a racist because of my native Canada.

I wonder if this person is referring to my Strawpage drawings or the redesigns I did of the Hetalia characters based on their flag colors. #hetalia

@lukas1ewicz Sometimes it can change the meaning of a word and make it problematic; I've seen it happen a few times.

I just discovered that Zimbabwe is a girl, and I had previously drawn her as a boy. 😭 Time for a redesign! #Hetalia

@qirvanas I just discovered that this character is apparently Nigeria, the one with the ponytail over her shoulder. @qirvanas

@qirvanas Apparently yes, I can't confirm. However, I only know that the one with short hair is from Zimbabwe and the one in the sweatshirt is from Kenya; I don't know who the other girl is. There's also this one, but I don't know who she is.

Kenya and Ghana! I apologize for Ghana being very simple; he doesn't have official full-body artwork, so I had to improvise the outfit. #Hetalia

Something I noticed is that two Canadians like my native Canada, but one American didn't. #hetalia

@lunarxqv @gracefulangell A native Canadian like my art, and a Native American didn't. Many will have different opinions, but at the end of the day I just want to draw my native Canadian without being crucified for it.

@blableblu2001 @gracefulangell you cant excuse inaccurate depictions just because the original source is comedy. please listen to actual native perspectives and opinions and improve your understanding rather than excusing your ignorance due to hetalia being “comedy”

To be clear, my Native Canada is before colonization; it's the "original" Canada. And if I were to draw several Native Canadas to represent all the Indigenous tribes in Canada, it would be very difficult for me. #hetalia
