Nice to see 365 already enrolled with 7 months left in the year they theoretically could reach 650+ (well above their 550+ estimate). $NTLA 650 would only require ~28 patients per month across 100+ sites (VERY doable). Key to filing (let me know if you have questions ⬇️): • Only 1 patient experienced a grade 4 liver transaminase elevation • asymptomatic- meaning no physical symptoms or clinical signs of liver injury (only lab abnormality). • resolving without hospitalization or medical intervention and have fallen to grade 3 ALT and grade 2 AST elevations. • FDA would never pause a trial for this. • It simply brings concern if it happens more considering they have ~500 more to dose, but even then, it is resolves itself and is asymptomatic it won’t be held. • positive is all 3 programs have same LNP so they have now dosed ~400 patients with this same LNP with only 1 asymptomatic patient where it is resolving without hospitalization or medical intervention 🔑 ———————————————— “Enrollment in our global Phase 3 HAELO study of NTLA-2002 for hereditary angioedema is on track. We expect to complete enrollment in the third quarter of 2025 and submit a biologics license application (“BLA”) in the second half of 2026 to support plans for a potential U.S. commercial launch in 2027.” “Enrollment in our global Phase 3 MAGNITUDE-2 study of nex-z for ATTRv-PN is also progressing well.
