Underrated aspect of masculinity is blue collar competency. A bit of a silly example, but imagine you get a room full of beautiful women all watching you. You're a based, fit, redpilled, manosphere, performative masculinity "alpha" slayer type with a Ferrari and a 130 IQ. Next to you is a 50 year old construction worker with a chubby dad-bod. Now imagine you're tasked with driving nails into 2x4 studs. Imagine you're baby-tapping with the hammer, bending half the nails, and constantly missing your swings, while the guy next to you is driving them like John Henry. You could make up any excuse you want but there's no way you wouldn't feel anything other than completely humiliated and emasculated.
