There is overwhelming evidence that the SPD should keep shrinking. 09/13 Seattle City Council will vote on midyear budget adjustments (CB 120112) that release $9.1 million to SPD, authorizing new SPD personnel and spending, @ a time when SPD's own data shows we don’t need em.

Unfortunately, she has caught the flu severely and has went into respiratory distress. Currently, she is on life support, fighting for her life. This requires her mother, who is a single parent, to be at the hospital every single day.
