@paulquinn67 You currently don’t need to add bank details, as customer pays you directly. When we introduce in-app payments, you will be required to provide your bank details then, as we will need to pay you, whereas now, you take the money directly.

@blackcabcom Recently joined the app,I’ve asked your support team 3 times regarding bank details can’t see anything on the app, heard nothing back!🤷‍♂️

The work is growing and will continue to do so with support from drivers and from the next advertising campaigns. We need all those signed up to stay online, as we are missing quality jobs such as Mayfair to Putney, Chelsea to Shoreditch etc.

@blackcabcom I’m on the driver app but recently downloaded the customer app as I need a taxi for my elderly father’s hospital appointment next week.Yesterday afternoon I typed on the “support” page if I can pre book and had no reply.The support page now says back online Monday

@blackcabcom the distance to job pick up is too long! 28 minutes to go to a pick up. Passengers always end up cancelling and drivers unwilling to go that far due to that exact reason.
