A thin obsessed culture it was a time where these same celebrities were in and out of rehab because of substance abuse.

It sometimes feels clear as day that they are struggling with it but because the trending topic is GLP1s it’s getting glosssd over. Even when people are speaking about the 2000s thin culture coming back or whatever it’s not brought up that it wasn’t just

I feel like we forgot the reason so many celebrities were extremely thin in the 2000s was because they were struggling with dr*g addiction. It’s not just weight loss medicine, ED & cosmetic surgery. It’s celebrities who look malnourished because of addiction.

Or were you going along with the trends that made you feel good. Or did you not know about the history and still proceed to call yourself or brand body positive because trendy. It’s not okay to use political framework from a politic you literally don’t agree with.

Body positivity was always about dismantling anti fatness. Anti FATNESS. We talking human rights and decency not self love and confidence. Body positivity was a political belief. And it’s time that people ask themselves if that was the framework you actually fucked with.

Body positivity has a political framework and history that has been around since the 60s/70s Body positivity is a political framework. It’s literally a political belief. That was started by fat women in the 70s. I really need that information to be clear.

I think too people think singing, dancing & acting is strictly just a fun thing you do? Like no your body uses a lot of energy to perform, you’re using a lot of your body to perform that shit is draining, it’s a good time but it takes a toll on your body it’s not ease. Or play

The creators of body positivity are called The Fat Underground. Body positivity isn’t you feeling positive about your body.. please get a grip. Use your critical thinking skills and know just because it says positivity doesn’t mean you feel positive about your body. Be serious.

I can literally tell they are about to get extremely violent with teens, and they will use teen takeovers as a reason to do so. DC Detroit and Chicago complaining in the same two weeks? Not a coincidence, by the end of the summer they are gonna hurt a kid.

I feel like it’s fucked up because the truth is the kids need help and support. It’s really no where for them to go and tbh everyone is annoyed by them so nobody cares to even help figure out where tf teenagers can go and enjoy themselves.

Is it called teen takeover or is that what adults call it? I’m so curious about that. It’s also not lost on me they are talking about black kids. Chicago, DC & Detroit complaining about black kids I feel like they are about to get even more violent with them because of this.

Another “TEEN TAKEOVER” reported— this time in a Washington DC suburb (Bowie, Maryland) on a Monday afternoon. A group of roughly 250 teens gathered at Allen Pond Park, with some beginning to fight. Bowie Police were able to eventually disperse the crowd…
