As a pro sports bettor and advantage casino player this is what my DK account looks like. I made ~$210k and if taxed 40% I’d take home ~$126k. With passing of the BBB, I would be taxed as if I made ~1.5M (I didn’t I made 210k). This would turn my take home to NEGATIVE $384k!!

@Benny_Lapdance Bro go touch grass. Outside of poker this law does nothing. No effect at all on DraftKings DFS or sports betting. As you know, they just report your net winnings to the IRS at the end of the year. The whole year is your gambling session per the new law. Nothing has changed.
