Train Dreams is a masterpiece. The kind of film you keep hoping to find, but rarely actually do. I could praise everything about it and still not make it justice. In the end it doesn’t matter. You don’t need my words. You just need to watch it.

Life has more meaning in the face of death. The risks you take, the challenges you keep overcoming; they are symbolic deaths that sharpen your appreciation of life and earns you more self-respect.

Everything boils down to intentions. My intentions are to live peacefully in the privacy of my home - as they always were. Even now, nothing makes me happier that spending time in the home that I work for and pay for. What are your intentions? What do they say about you?

You can always tell who the bullies are in a situation. They're the ones in a group forever wanting to keep it going. While the victim fearlessly carries it alone. Stay vigilant.

If you don’t have time: • Automate. • Batch tasks. • Cut meaningless work. • Refuse pointless meetings. Be ruthless with your time, and prioritise high-leverage inputs. Repeat, and the needle will move.
