@biggestgranddad @itstarekali It is NOT only about burning calories. The body has different fuel sources, carbs and fats. If you move super fast, your body burns carbs but hardly touches the fat. You want to be in zone TWO for your body to use the fat that is there as the fuel source, thereby burning fat.

@blacksciencegal @itstarekali The body will burn calories no matter what cardio activity you do lol. Telling somebody not to run or jog seems goofy when those things are very good for your heart.
