@blackwingedb when cooking use a ton of oil and butter in the pan, butter your toast extra as well! also consume liquid calories, like fatty milkshakes and soda. and honestly eat a lot of junk food because even though it’s more calorie dense you don’t feel full for as long as healthy foods

@blackwingedb Try liquid calories!! Sodas, Milk, smoothies!! Soda is one that’s easy to gain weight with since your body doesn’t register it the same as food and you can easily consume many calories of soda.
