This situation is blowing up, and people are split… ✈️ A woman trying to board a Delta flight in Chicago says things took a turn when she was told she had too many items. She had a backpack and a small bag, nothing crazy. She even complied and consolidated everything. But then it escalated. She tried to explain one of the items she was carrying a breast pump, and said it was a medical device. That’s when she claims the employee pushed back hard… “You don’t look like you need a medical device. Prove it.” So she does. She takes it out. Shows it. And according to her, the response? “That’s not a medical device.” Now, the situation shifts from a simple boarding issue to something much bigger, questions about privacy, respect, and who gets to decide what qualifies as a “medical need.” Some people are backing her, saying no one should be forced to “prove” something like that in public. Others are questioning whether a breast pump actually falls under the same category as medical devices in airline policies. But either way… the interaction itself has people talking. This man went shopping for something nice for himself as a splurge. He goes into the mall and heads to the Coach store. After he purchases an item in front of these workers, when he walked out with his item, the security system beeped at him. They then reported him for shoplifting and he was detained and arrested. He then goes back to the store to ask for management info because they had falsely accused him, they even keep smirking and smiling even as he asks for the info for the managers. What should happen to people who falsely accuse customers of theft?

This woman called the police on her neighbors once, three years ago for having a loud party at night. For the next three years, every time the neighbors go by the hour or even their friends go by, they honk their horn in their cars at her house at all hours of the days. She’s grown very irritated at this and feels like this is harassment. The police can’t do anything about people honking their horn at you so she had to suffer in silence until today she finally snapped and laid into them. Its affecting her young children’s sleeping schedules too, is there anything else she can do at this point to get it to stop?

After three years that stops being a joke and starts becoming harassment. If it’s happening constantly and disrupting her kids’ sleep, she should start documenting everything dates, times, videos of the cars honking and file a formal nuisance or harassment complaint. Even if a single honk isn’t illegal, a repeated pattern meant to disturb someone can still be treated as harassment or a noise nuisance in many places.
