just as i cannot say nor fathom what i would have turned out like had i not developed ptsd, the same can be said for these characters. We can see a stark twist in them after the events they undergo. they are shaped by their experiences!

YOURE GOOD ANON and for me it's either luluci or coco. we have to witnessed coco prior, developing and during. with the pair of them we see how their experiences inform the actions that follow. to me that is what makes a character who has dealt with these things feel real.

absolutely. we can infer the severity of a situation that happens off screen depending on a character who was present's reaction. we can guess he probably saw something very, very harrowing on that mission as a child. so yes! he is one of the characters I'm 100% on.

THANK YOU SO MUCH and also this is actually the one specific thing i plan to touch upon if/when i get to analyse tetia. her reaction seemed less like a 'oh no this is talk of breaking the pact' and instead something deeper rooted than that.

@blakesbian I really like your take on Agott! Earlier in the manga, a lot of the harsher words towards Coco seem to be word for word the things Adina would say to/about her. Especially the "I can't stand those who are beneath me" line. It also makes me think about how children that are--

@blakesbian -- spoken to or treated in one way assume (subconsciously) that is the way to speak to others. Like the only times Adina spoke to her was to berate her, and so she thinks the way to get Coco's attention is to berate her. Not sure if you get what I am talking about...
